Return Policy:
For any reason if you are not happy with your purchase from the
Accents website you may return the unworn item for a full refund
within 14 days from the shipping date. Please call our retail store
for a return authorization number (11am to 7 pm Pacific Time) at (310)
396-2284. No refund will be accepted without a copy of the receipt
enclosed in the package, and the Return Authorization # written on the
outside of the package.
Repair Policy:
If your jewelry is in need of repair within one year of purchase,
based on normal usage, contact at (310) 396-2284, or thru our email to
receive a Repair Authorization Number. You will be required to send us
the item with a copy of your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified
at the time the jewelry is received and prior to the beginning of
repair. We repair our work for close to the cost of materials. Most
charges for silver repairs average about $12 plus shipping. |
