The jewelry shown on our website is handmade by our in-house artists and other designers we represent. We work hard to ensure that the quality of everything we sell is up to our exacting standards. Please know that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry there will be subtle variations in the pieces from order to order.
We do try to keep everything in stock, however, we do have a retail store and sometimes we unexpectedly sell out of an item. If this is the case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date. If you need your item faster than 3 weeks from your order date, please call the store before you place the order to ensure availability at (310)396-2284.
We specialize in custom wedding and engagement rings as well as other custom projects. Please call or email us to inquire about special orders as well as special requests (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Due to fluctuating costs of materials, we cannot guarantee past pricing, and quotes given on special requests are only valid for 7 days after the quotation.
UPS Ground is our standard shipping service. It is a flat $10.00 fee for shipping to residential or business addresses (no P.O. boxes) within the U.S. For overseas shipping or to upgrade to expedited shipping, arrangements can be made by calling the store at 310.396.2284 or contact us at email@example.com.
There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of California.
Items purchased from ACCENTS are guaranteed against defect within 30 days. After 30 days we will repair any item purchased here at our cost. Please call us to receive repair authorization at (310)396-2284. Shipping and repair fees will vary.
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from the ACCENTS website, it may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. The return item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund. Store credit will be issued for orders shipped to us outside of that time frame. Store credit can be used to purchase items online by contacting the store and speaking with a member of our staff.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once the RMA number has been sent, the item must be shipped promptly, within 2 business days. Returns sent without contacting us for an RMA will not be accepted. You will be emailed an RMA number within 1 business day. Items being returned must be in new condition and shipped prepaid to us in the original packaging.
*ACCENTS is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.
Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the amount of the item minus any shipping charges.
If the item was personalized or special ordered it is not returnable or exchangeable.
Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned for a refund, only store credit. In-store returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

What if I ordered a ring and it wasn’t the right size?
Our rings are hand sculpted, and if we cannot size them, we will remake the ring in another size with no service fee. Keep in mind that your fingers fluctuate due to many factors like weather, usage, and water retention, etc. Ship back the unworn item within 10 days from the shipping date. Please call our retail store for a return authorization (11 am to 7 pm Pacific Time) at (310) 396-2284. Send the item with the Return Authorization written on the outside of the package. There will be a $10 shipping charge when it is shipped back to you.
What if I don’t like the color of the stone?
We use the best quality natural gemstones that are available. Our goal is to make you happy; we will do our best to satisfy your needs with in the natural color range of the specific stone. If you prefer a different color shade, ship back the unworn item within 10 days from the shipping date. Please call our retail store for a return authorization number (11 am to 7 pm Pacific Time) at (310) 396-2284. Send the item with the Return Authorization written on the outside of the package.
Can I get a bigger diamond, set in an engagement type ring?
