ORDERING
The jewelry shown on our website is handmade by our in-house artists and other designers we represent. We work hard to ensure that the quality of everything we sell is up to our exacting standards. Please know that due to the handmade nature of our jewelry there will be subtle variations in the pieces from order to order.

We do try to keep everything in stock, however, we do have a retail store and sometimes we unexpectedly sell out of an item. If this is the case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date. If you need your item faster than 3 weeks from your order date, please email the store before you place the order to ensure availability at info@accentsjewelry.com

SPECIAL ORDERS

We specialize in custom wedding and engagement rings as well as other custom projects. Please email us to inquire about special orders as well as special requests (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Due to fluctuating costs of materials, we cannot guarantee past pricing, and quotes given on special requests are only valid for 7 days after the quotation.

SHIPPING
UPS Ground is our standard shipping service. Free ground shipping  when shipping to residential or business addresses (no P.O. boxes) within the continental U.S on orders over $75. For overseas shipping or to upgrade to expedited shipping, arrangements can be made by contacting us at info@accentsjewelry.com


SALES TAX
There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of California.

REPAIRS
Any repair costs on items purchased within the last 30 days will be covered by ACCENTS. After 30 days we will repair any item purchased here at cost. Please email us about any repair inquiries at info@accentsjewelry.com. Shipping and repair fees will vary.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with an item purchased from the ACCENTS website, it may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued for orders shipped to us outside of that time frame. 

Please email us at info@accentsjewelry.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns sent without contacting us for authorization will not be accepted. Items being returned must be in new and unworn condition.

*ACCENTS is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please package and insure accordingly.

If the item was personalized or special ordered it is not returnable or exchangeable.

Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy.  Items purchased in-store cannot be returned for a refund, only store credit. In-store returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
